Level 10's get very high damage reduction to make up for the fact they have no abilities. Also, if the player you were versing had a large CP advantage over you you can lose. CP > Level.
This is just not true. A v16 with zero cp who knows how to play will almost always win against a low level char, no matter how many cp he has.
***. LOL
Actually it's true.
My battle leveled level 23 sorc doesn't half any skills that are useable, no hardened ward, no spell crit or pen passives, less than half racial passives, less than half skill passives. Stats are around 30k magicka, 1600 spell power and 1400 regen.
My vr16 templar has 41k magicka, 3600 spell power and 1700 regen, as well as all skills and passives unlocked.
So you're telling me that 20% damage from being at MAX cp cap is better than 10k more magicka, over double the spell power and a ton of passives?

What alliance are you?
Thats the least of his/her worries lol. Def. a L2P issue, and mainly the skills and ability to create/use a build.

It's people like you that PvP has become a complete waste of time, L2P. Anyone with little knowledge on PvP and skill tree's would that you should NEVER become werewolf in PvP and a level 10 is basically a V15 in terms of weapon/spell power.
PvP in this game is a whole different animal than PvE. A lower level player can easily beat you if you haven't spent the time perfecting your build and gear, and learning the tricks of the trade necessary to out-do people in PvP. Dedication and skill really does pay off.
If your build or gear is off even by just a little bit, and that lower level player has an very effective build setup, then you're screwed. Stats and skill combinations make all the difference. A bit more optimization on his part will make the difference.
I'm a relatively casual player and I've spent months perfecting my build/gear - mostly since IC came out - in order to get better at PvP. Lately I've really noticed a difference and have been able to hod my own. But hey, at the beginning I'm sure there were many times when I was beaten by a lower level player. We've all been there. You've just gotta do your research, learn from other players and spend the time perfecting your character.
Good luck!

Thanks for the advice i probably just rage quit instead of trying to get better at pvp lol but i whent to gamestop and bought me another copy for 39 dollars used i'm give it another shot and take my time trying to get better at pvp tbh i usually pve and werewolf in pve is good to use but i whent into pvp with a pve mind set and i think that's what part of my problem was
My main char.. a Stamina DK VR16 has 24k stamina & 18k health with 2.3k weapon damage & yet, without fail, I still have fun playing the game!@# I die a lot! Other players mow me down in 4 hits. I find the mobs in IC very difficult.... yet it's still fun for me after 2(ish) years! How is this possible !? Am I broken?!
