I was told that they were going to contact me shortly and it never happened, it's been 3 hours.
Can someone please just help me get my email changed? I proved my identity.
I also don't get why they have to investigate this further with a specialized team, I provided them the information they wanted, can't they just change it for me.

I was told I would be contacted as soon as possible, do they not work on the weekends or during late night hours?

I really need this resolved, I really need my email changed to another, because I used an email service that I had with an old ISP. Now that I don't use that service provider, they will close my email in 60 days, I would appreciate it if someone got back to me please, I would show so much appreciation if someone would just help me get this resolved.

Can any moderator on this forum get in contact with a technical support member so I can just get this done, please.
I don't know why they said they had to use a specialized team after reviewing it, I gave them the correct information.
