Veteran Grinding Spots

So I know that in this day and age, you can get to VR 16 just by doing all the quests (in both veteran locations from Cadwell's Silver and Gold, regardless of alliance). However I am a bit under-leveled, and want to get a few levels in before I continue questing. I'm wondering about some good grinding locations from VR3-VR10 or so, Aldmeri Dominion Faction (meaning cadwell's silver is ebonheart and cadwell's gold is daggerfall). Anyone have any good ones?

Necrelios✭✭✭✭✭There's a zombie infested village in Deshaan called Muth Gnaar, might be a good place to start for Ebonheart, then of course daggerfall side has Rivenspire which is full of zombies everywhere, if you pick up the quest for Northpoint you get a private zombie village to grind all you want until you finish the quest. ✭✭✭✭✭The absolute best spots are if u can solo or duo a cave anywhere in Cyrodil without being bothered...but otherwise the PvE caves I'd suggest with exp pots or scrolls during a 2 hour run each day.

I remembered a spot in Shadowfen where you kill Dreugh. Unfortunately they nerfed the spawn rate, making it a bad spot even though the exp is high, which is unfortunate. I'm not certain about zombies though; I'll try it.0 -

btw, did they nerfed exp from mobs, not only there but in general? I remeber getting 410xp per zombie etc now im getting around 350xp0 -
