This is a massive problem in VMA on the last boss. It's almost useless to run this skill.While we're at it can we remove the delay? It's absolutely ridiculous.
ZoS refuses to fix things that have been bugged for over a year. I made a forum post about Radiant destruction being dodgeable; I also saw a console forum post about radiant being dodgeable. However, no acknowledgement from ZoS on whether it's intended or not.
The same thing happens with this ability. And actually, as of this patch, sometimes I cannot cast Toppling but I can cast my other abilities. When the bug is occurring, if I try to toppling charge, my character does the animaiton for a split second, but the skill doesn't happen.
It has a delay after casting it, sometimes you can't cast it, and sometimes after casting it you can't use ANY abilities
Lol I used it in cyrodill and the skill wouldn't even work, not sure what has since changed from the newest update with it but it doesn't work when enemies are higher than you, something to do with the XY axis i assume

I think this has something to do with the place enemy is standing. Mostly it happened to me when I was trying to charge enemy standing higher or lower than myself (but no obstacle in the way). That was before I removed the skill from my bar.

That or they could make it more similar to bolt escape, something to where it at least doesn't break or have silly delays.
It needs to be fixed asap.
It can't play my templar in pvp because of it. I dual weild instead of staff so lack real range. Without this I'm just a sitting duck in a dress with two swords and get rinsed before I get to my enemy.
I just decked my temp out in legendary 16 gear this weekend, now can't play her in pvp because of this

While we're at the lack of Templar skills and how many nerfs they've had, can we maybe fix Channeled Focus, there was no reason to have this changed at all. ESO's combat system does not support standing still, no situation where that is possible, almost making this skill useless from what it is. And it's an amazing skill. @blabafat I'm sure you're sad about this too

Blazing Spear: Decreased the damage values, which were previously higher than intended.
