I love the Justice System; it is one of my favorite aspects of the game. I'm getting rich from fencing my daily quota (140 items), and finding some very rare items to sell in Guild Stores as well. All is well in the thieving department, except one thing... everything I steal is bound to me.
I'm a collector, and that is bad for ESO. Sure, items stack, but with so many interesting items (items my character would carry if Tamriel was RL), having the bagspace for them all is impossible. And as a Khajiit who has spent a life in the shadows of the underworld, it is imperative I keep my Claw Sharpeners, Skooma Pipe, Silk Sugar Dauber, Skooma Refinement Tools, and an abundant supply of Grandma Singa's Hairball Remedy. Not to mention the countless Good Luck Charms and Red Squirrel Paws. A cat can never have enough luck. So, what are my options? Sell them to a vendor, that is my only option, other than filling my inventory.
@daemonios posted a great forum topic last May about this problem and you can read it here:

What I would love to see in game is an option to trade these items with (or sell to) other players. Is there any reason why stolen items must be bound to the thief? There are some players who just don't have the skill or the time to sneak around and collect these items, but would still like to own a Creepy Monkey Puppet. Give the thieving players a chance to provide those Creepy Monkey Puppets to those who are less fortunate. Who wants a Dremora Ragamuffin Doll?
But it wouldn't stop there. I would love to see some of these items, at least the more rare items, have some sort of use. Even if it is just cosmetic. For instance, let me brandish my Baandari Trading Post Parasol. Or, who's names are written in the Little Black Journal? I can't even read it! And it would be so awesome to see my Cat-Man Ventriloquist Puppet on my Khajiiti paws.
With the Thieves Guild DLC right around the corner, consider the notion to allow players to trade stolen items. Thanks.
