Small incongruity: "Intruders in Deshaan" quest and the Orsinium DLC [SPOILERS]

In the quest "Intruders in Deshaan" there is a note from King Kurog of Orsinium which talks about killing dark elves to please Mauloch (i.e. an aspect of/another name for Malacath), and in exchange the invading Orc clan in question will a pardon for their crimes against the Daggerfall Covenant. If you have the DLC and go to Wrothgar, you will quickly learn that Kurog is a progressive Orc who wants to get his people to favor Trinimac over Malacath.

Trinimac, according to legend, became Malacath after being captured and tortured by Boethiah. The more colorful version says she ate Trinimac and *** out Malacath. So basically, Trinimac is the proud Elven warrior god of strength from ancient times and Malacath his darker, weaker, vengeful reincarnation. Hence, it is no small thing to mix up the two.

Obviously "Intruders in Deshaan" was written waaaay before Orsinium was designed, let alone released, so the inconsistency introduced is understandable. Still, if you have the DLC it kind of sticks out

King Kurog's Promise

Herewith the Agreement between His Majesty King Kurog, Monarch of Orsinium, and the Oathbound Warchief, Gruznak gro-Volkar, and herein the terms:

Insofar as the deaths of Dark Elves are pleasing unto Mauloch, and deemed useful as a matter of policy:

For each Dark Elf skull obtained by the Oathbound, Gruznak gro-Volkar shall be granted title to Malak's Mawl for one year.

Furthermore, Warchief Gruznak and his Oathbound are hereby absolved of all crimes against the Daggerfall Covenant, including (but not limited to) murder, banditry, and the felonious impersonation of traveling entertainers.
