Potions for PVP?

I've just hit 50 in alchemy on my main magicka sorc V13 and I am working on how to bring this into my pvp game.

I have a few things I've been trying pots for
-vanish pots to escape
-using before combat in place of buff skills
-Tripots for recovery mid-fight

Any downsides to these tactics? Is it all about the Tripot in pvp? What's the most effective way you've learned to use your crafted potions? I'd like to hear some takes from different classes and builds. Thanks guys!!!

Tripots are good.

Invisibility detect potion is handy.

Vanish pots can be very handy.

A lot of the potions can be very handy in Cyro.

detect potions are essential in IC be sure use them in the following areas: before you even get in, the sewer grates, the arena door, and the area that leads to your alliance base. you can add an additional effect if you need one.

Immobile is probably the best. I use a mix of immobile, detection and restore magic. Bye bye NBs lol

Detection potions seem too situational to always be slotted I made a ton but I never use them

I'm not an expert but I would guess immovable + health and stam regeneration. Because crowd control, breaking free and blocking are an important part of PvP.

I thought you couldn't combine immovable with anything, whenever I try only the CC immunity shows upon the resulting tooltip.

Columbine, Mountain-Flower plus either Wormwood or Namira's Rot will get you immovability + health and stam regen.
