Today a DC was avoiding a battle by standing near the ladder in the sewers and i couldnt kill him. Ladder immunity is a joke, giving weak players a hance to avoid death.

You have the choice of going to find someone else to fight. The sewers are big enough.
Then immunity has to be 1 time, when you caome out, but not when you come ti the ladder from sewers.1 -

Which, fair enough, can be pretty tricky in IC. Since most the population is indeed PvE'ers and rest NB gankers in stealth. Kinda hard to find normal fights. But again, ladders and simliar needs that immunity, because of loading screens and people abusing it in the past, setting up stone farm and griefing exit/entrances. No one liked getting insta-killed while loading in.11 -

You are saying we are animals for attacking on sight, which móstly happens, unless you are hunting and you want to trap your enemies in better terrain that suits you, then you withstand natural kill on sight urges.
