- Adjusted the cost scaling for Block and Sprint. These costs are equal to what they were before the Orsinium DLC for a VR16 character, and slightly cheaper for lower level characters.
Does this mean cost scaling for Block and Sprint went up or down?

It is back at the old value of 2160 for Vet 16
But I understand that because ZOS applied now an consistent approach to all level, the costs went down for lower levels.
