Bounty bug
I stumbled across a lonesome innocent Ork who was fishing in Malabal Tor, he was all alone so naturally I murdered him. Nobody was around so no bounty.
However, 3 minutes later when I'm swimming onwards all of a sudden:
What the hell ZoS? How am I supposed to be a sneaky ninja if youre gonna give me a bounty regardless if anyone has seen me...?
