Keep getting access denied

Accidentally entered the wrong birthday (which I don't know why I have to keep entering if I'm logged in) and now can't access some things. Was going to make a support ticket but it asked me to log in and I forgot my password and can't reset because the reset link that it gives me takes me to an access denied screen.
