From my experience, most off-topic threads simply get locked. I've witnessed other threads detailing exploits get deleted in the past, but why do some other perfectly valid, albeit non-related, discussions keep getting removed without explanation? As far as I know, no forum rules are being broken, and even if they are, shouldn't such threads be locked and not censored?

As far as the threads detailing exploits getting deleted, they want you to report them in game or via email, not post about them in the forums (more so in detail) which could tip off other players to go about abusing them before the devs can fix them.Edited by josh5813 on November 16, 2015 2:46PM0 -

If you want to enjoy a forum experience where you just post random nonsense all day and all the users just attempt to troll each other or scream for attention, try a different game's forums.I spend way too much time and money on this game.3 -

Hisa Ni Caemaire - Altmer Sorceress, member of the Order Draconis and Adept of the House of Dibella.
Broken Branch Toothmaul - goblin (for my goblin characters, I use either orsimer or bosmer templates) Templar, member of the Order Draconis and persistently unskilled pickpocket
Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.***Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.
House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis3 -

I like the NB folks (and others for that matter) scooting around in IC assuming that I'm clueless and helpless..
Just yesterday hubby (breton/reachwoman/templar/DPS) and I (Dunmer/DK/firemage/control&interrupt) [we are EP] were trucking around doing writs and we found an AD stalking a fellow EP ... watched for a bit, then the AD attacked while the EP was taking on a daedroth.
It was highly satisfying to jump and toast the AD.
Oh and I'm here in general to discuss ESO.

The rest of us find out how badly we've been outdone by reading the patch notes.
here's one example, Veteran Malestrom Arena titles including "perfect run", the majority of players had taken advantage of a previous issue to get it. But, the title was the side benefit of the loot rewards received.
And the rest of us "casual players"?
Just whatever....
As easy as it is to share exploits in guilds or elsewhere it's just as easy for ZOS to strip them of any titles/achievements/loot they have gotten. They can easily go into the data and see who was abusing any exploits. The question is how much effort will ZOS put into it.
So it may "suck" us "casual players" get left out but the exploiters can easily have their accounts rolled back or outright banned. So in the end is the risk worth the possible rewards?1
