[Help] Mine All Mine: Quest bugged or doing something wrong?

Alliance: EP, Location: Deshaan, Group Dungeon: Darkshade Caverns, Quest: Mine All Mine
I have been trying to finish this dungeon for several days and seems that it glitches at the same time. Wiki: "Nervyna Selos will jump down"... The problem is that each time the Quest location is on the left from Nervyna Selos (no quest marker above her heard) and, by talking to her (which is needed to continue quest), I have just one option - "Goodbye".
Today I tried to do this dungeon again and got the same problem. Here are the screenshots: imgur
