So I just posted a ticket, in which I wrote about how item that was supposed to be crafted in a glass style, was crafted in a breton instead [possibly lag, no matter]. Response from CS just knocked me off my legs.

Most in-game UI issues (including NPC, quest problems and missing crowns/entitlements) can be resolved by logging out for five minutes then back in which will load you into a new game instance.
