Um, this isn't Skyrim 2.0! Perhaps this "Vampire Lord" occurred long after Elder Scrolls Online takes place, but keep in mind ESO takes place in the distant past, way before Skyrim.
In ES Vampires always had very powerful buffs, however they also had immensely powerful de-buffs. A good example is in Morrowind where depending on the clan you joined you'd get a good 50 points into a lot of skills, but have 50% weakness to fire, would burn in sunlight quite a lot, and virtually everyone hated you and attacked you on sight.
The moral is that whilst I think vamps should have more buffs in ESO, to go off the older games won't work as having the same de-buffs here would make it so even less people would go near it, and everyone else would cure it asap.
yes vampires of eso should evolve to that kind that they can walk in sunlight and become only bonuses, no de-buffs
Well we are not volkihar vampires in ESO are we, so how could a non-volkihar vampire use the volkihar vampire lord form, besides the vestige ain't a vampire lord in their own bloodline anyway and even if they could it wouldn't resembles Harkon's transformation at all., all bloodlines are completely different, besides unless you want the vampire powers we already have to be nerfed into the ground or completely removed to balance the price for having a transformation, Werewolves have no powers in Humanoid form at all and that is the price they are pay in ESO for having a transformation. To be a vampire it should feel more better, more safe and more handy. Vampires should become new skills, just like in Skyrim Dawnguard. The vampire lord form is a must!!!!
And this mod that I just found, Infernal Vampire Lord Mod! I want that!!!

Let me quiz the people at the pledge area about the lore. When no one knows, but they are willing to BUY things which keep the game alive those results speak for themselves

No. It's patently ridiculous that there are so many vampires and werewolves running around - they should be an extreme minority, and they're not.
If it were up to me, both of them would be primarily roleplying, with very little mechanical buffs.
Problem here is to maintain any true immersion when you RP a Vampire you still need resistances to things that harm mortals as these things can break all immersion entirely if you are effected by them...(A vampire being killed by Disease Damage...Year Right) So I say vampires could gain a bunch of new passives however for every PRO their must be a CON.To be a vampire it should feel more better, more safe and more handy.
