Requesting Character Load Error

Hi all
I've had ESO for just over a week, and I'm having an issue with the "Requesting Character Load" stage. Almost everytime I get there, it hangs for ages, and then logs me out. 1 in every 20 or so times it will actually work, but whenever I load a new zone it will log me straight back out. I've tried repairing, reinstalling, several characters, fixed IP address, and different wifi networks, but no luck. I'm on the NA server if that helps.
I've been waiting for a response to my support request for a week now, I haven't heard anything, so any help would be appreciated.

This is the exact same thing happening to me. I can't get on to any other characters or EU server. It says requesting character for about 30 seconds then it kicks me out saying I have no internet connection. But I can play all other games online perfectly fine. I have tried changing wifi reinstalling, made different characters and the same thing keeps happening.Edited by KingAce0075 on December 23, 2015 4:19PM0
