Why no monster sets for physical damage dealers?

Maybe this belongs in combat and mechanics section but I see it as more of a general issue of game. Mods move if you disagree.

I noticed not a single monster set is given to a physical dps
I know, molag Kena does overkill. But imho that isn't very good because of the 50%increase in resource cost. If it were reduced to 25% then okay I'd bite but at the moment it isn't worth losing the 129 weapon damage and 688 critical from nightmother 3 piece

All these monster sets either deal magic damage, do something tanky, or is engine guardian

Why not get a monster set that, for example, has a chance when dealing physical damage using a weapon skill to cause a fissure, dealing X physical damage at target location and a bit less to surrounding area, with 1 piece set granting additional stamina or weapon damage

Because people who only pvp seem to think stamina is OP compared to magicka lol.

"Oh no, my dps is slightly lower than that guy who has nowhere near as much utility as me. Not fair :("

Knee Jerk, L2P, Obtuse, Casual, Entitled, All The Best, unnecessary mention of CoD

Battle leveling for pve content defeats the idea of progression. Remove CP

Who charges heavies in PvP other than to gank someone once?

It says fully charged, but the last time I tested that set, it worked on partial heavies.

Also, mephala deals magic damage so it doesn't fit a purely physical build. The reason I want purely physical is that I put all my cp into mighty. Next will do elemental because dk skills are fire

Personal I prefer not "needing" a monster set. I just run 1 piece Molag Kena. That leaves only one piece in the hands of RNG.

At the moment I'm just hoping for Devine molag shoulders and I'm not aiming for the helm to go along
But it'd be nice to have an option of a physical monster helm even if other physical DD don't want it
