[Bug] How to dual wield a destruction staff

Maintenance for the week of March 31:
• PC/Mac: NA and EU megaservers for maintenance – March 31, 4:00AM EDT (8:00 UTC) - 8:00AM EDT (12:00 UTC)
• Xbox: NA and EU megaservers for patch maintenance – April 2, 6:00AM EDT (10:00 UTC) - 12:00PM EDT (16:00 UTC)
• Playstation®: NA and EU megaservers for patch maintenance – April 2, 6:00AM EDT (10:00 UTC) - 12:00PM EDT (16:00 UTC)

Being able to use dual wield and a destruction staff at the same getting passives from both and up to over 50% Spell Penetration. Extremely easy to do, actually discovered this by accident moving my weapons around.

And yes you get passives from both Dual and Destruction Staff

    I had this once, but with S&B + Destro staff. It was certainly and interesting experience :/

    I'm more worried about the 18k spell resist. 18k with Nirnhoned what madness is this!? ZoS pls fix so Nirnhoned properly works with dual wield staff! 9q7ZhTK.png

    Tested out this bug - with the right combo, u can hit a high weapon damage while having 2.7k spelldamage... G_G

    Use dual wield passives.

    It's time for an overhaul of the current loot system!
    Implement a Token-System, so people get rewarded for their time invested!
    RNG^RNG is both tedious and undesirable!
