can't deliver writs in Belkhart

Hi,

weidly after crafting Alchemist writ (v15-16) i can't deliver it to Belkhart - no arrow location - no possibility to deliver it into the right location - even after a logout-log in

Its because the new max level writs are turned in at Orsinium.

There's a bug in the highest level alchemist writs. The journal text in the first section says to deliver to Orsinium but the bottom section says to deliver to Belkarth. I have submitted a bug report.
