Let's see...I don't really think I've named most of my mounts/pets. My Banded Guar is Falls-Off-Ledges, because I have awful control of mounts going up stairs and usually zoom off the edge as I'm trying to make tight turns. My Sorc character has names for her Familiars, if it counts. Her Twilight Matriarch is Xanmeeri, and her Clannfear is Jerrikan. She's a RP-heavy character though.

Then there's the Zombie Horse, who I'm going to name Causes-Dry-Heaves (kindly suggested by one of my Guildies in HoA lol).

I try to name all of my pets and mounts, but I still have a ton of them to left to name.

Brown Paint Horse: Thunderhoof
Reason: The sounds made when horses run gave me this name.
Sorrel Horse: Ginger
Reason: Kind of looks Ginger, so I used that name.
Striped Senche: Sharptooth
Reason: Big cat with sharp teeth, so I went with that.
Loyal Dwarven Sphere: Gizmo
Reason: It's a mechanical machine, so Gizmo sounded good.
High Hrothgar Wraith:Chills
Reason: It's an Ice Wraith, so I thought Chills was a fitting name.

This is why I have to get "extra" pets/mounts because all characters on an account can't have their "own" name for the "X" mount.

So my Altmer sorc rides the Imperial White Stallion (yes, in my reality he's not gelded) named "Mundus"

My goblin (bosmer) Templar rides the brown horse named "Big Brown Horse"

My Dunmer DK - the one who is seeking redemption (long story) and didn't want a mount and why is this dam guar following me - he went through several names

First it was "Go Away", then it was "He's not mine", now it's "Okay you can stay"
