Now that 2.2 is being released, can we get some help to heavy armor in the next patch?

Heavy armor is reserved for pve tanks only right now. It should still have a place in pvp, but it does not. Can we please please get a boost to the resource production or damage done in heavy armor. Just something to make heavy viable in pvp.

    What percent of players use more than 2 pieces of heavy armor in PVP @ZOS_BrianWheeler ?
