Keshya✭I happen to be one of the lucky ones that works 14-hour days most of the time and ALWAYS without fail when the rare occasion happens and I can be home earlier and feel that an hour or two of playing would be just what I need after a long, stressful day at work - the servers are down for maintenance. Not when I am working anyway, oh no. But somehow they manage to ALWAYS shut down the servers just when I would have had the time to play and have been looking forward to doing so all day long. Like just now. Usually the servers are up again when I have to start dinner and look after the family. I wish they'd do one server at a time. I created different characters on both the EU and US servers just to be able to play at least one of them when the other server is down. I even bought the PC version too in addition to the Playstation one. But what's the use if ALL servers are down at the same time. It's highly annoying. What with all the money spent on the game and on the PS Plus account, I want to be able to play at least one ONE of the servers when I come home from work, not spend the only free evening I have in weeks staring at a black screen and a "server unavailable" message. Apparently yesterdays update of the servers failed because they seem to be trying to apply that update again today.
But no one knows because Bethsoft is not big on letting users know what is going on during these patch events.
My bet is that after 8 hours of failure yesterday they had to rollback the changes so they are trying again today.
I wonder if it will be ten or eleven hours again today with no patch notes summary and no updates?0 -

It's not a patch, nor is it an update, it is server side maintenance apparently.0 -

There are no patch notes because it isn't a patch. They are upgrading hardware. And, they have been updating us.
