I doubt they were a decent guild if they kicked you on the grounds of reading a bugged status, even though you were in communication with them and playing with them every day.

Agreed but still. Kind of crappy no one could speak up like, wait a tick, I was in a dungeon with this chap last night. Also if it was a trade guild they could see you posted items for sale so you were definitely on.

Who is supposed to speak up exactly? One person is usually in charge of the roster, kicking inactives does not have some sort of guild conference happen beforehand. If someone is actually online but cannot appear online because of a bug, they need to let the GM know, GMs are not psychic.
