Looking for v16 Aldmeri Dominoin Tank or DPS

Our group is looking for a fourth addition (and a few substitutes) to our team on xbox one for end game content. Here are the few requirements:
- Aldmeri Dominon V16 - NA server
- Tank or Dps spec (preferably tank)
- If DPS spec have at least 2500 weapon/spell damage (unbuffed)
- We know the fights to all dungeons so experience is not a requirement but is a huge plus
- Be able to play for a few hours when doing dungeons, 3-5 days a week. In the afternoon on weekdays.
About us:
- We help each other get the gear they need to improve their role
- We are real life friends but are a chill group
- 1 battery healer Templar / 1 omega Templar / 1 stamina knight blade or sorcerer tank
- We are preparing for x-pac launch
- We have all professions maxed so can make anything needed. A little short on the 8 trait gear.
