It would help to be able to have a looser character system on the PTS.

Now, what I mean by the title is, if we had the ability to get characters in on our own time, it would probably help a lot. Now, I say this while looking at the WoW PTS system, where you can transfer characters from live to PTS after a few button clicks. If we could get a system like that in ESO, where we had a set number of times we can transfer specific characters from the Live to PTS servers, it would probably help encourage people to test. This would give us the ability to both expand our non PTS characters, and have more close to what we will be playing with on live characters to test on PTS. Idk, just my /2cents, I feel it would help.
