It seem to boost only one element, like the dunmer fire passive.
You know I actually think it might be a good set, that is a lot of spell damage. I think its mostly limited to sorcerers and DK's though, because temp and NB DD's usually run mostly magic damage.
Very interesting, I think its worth comparing to other sets like the new Julianos set.

Bonus spell damage should be twice as much, otherwise I don't see how it can be useful to anyone, but sorcs.

It's not a bad set at all but it does take some creativity to use it properly.

I don't think this set is bad. Just wery situational.
For example, sorc's Overload will deal a lot more damage, if timed correctly.

As the spell damage only effects the element that proced it, I don't think it will do as much dps as you think
I've been playing around set about a hour or more and I don't see any increase in spell damage when I open the character window the spell damage number is away unchanged no matter what skill or weapon I use, if the bonus is not supposed to show up in the character I don't know how you tell that the bonus is active there's no animation indicating that the bonus is running like glowing hands or something like that as far as I can see and I don't know of any addon that will show increases in spell damage, so at this point I'm about to give up on this set, maybe someone else will test it and have better luck than me.
This is either poor attempt to make people use 2x Destro-staff (e.g. Fire + Frost) or Crushing Shock abuse encouragement. You know I actually think it might be a good set, that is a lot of spell damage.
