What level does werewolf max out

Level 10 is the highest werewolf can be leveled to then you got to level up your werewolf transformation to i think level 5 to morph it to either pack leader which gives your werewolf a white fur color and helps others stay in werewolf transformation longer or you can morph it to beserker and it doesn't change your werewolf fur color but you get 40% more bleed damage with it0
