I was trying to send a bug report when the pts went down for maintenance. I didn't see a lot of clues when I was in combat. It seemed they were missing. There was one point in Wrothgar that I was fighting harpies and couldn't do anything. I tried to break crowd control, figuring that was the issue. There was nothing to break but after a full minute, it allowed me to do things. It was if there was a CC in effect but there was no visible clue and couldn't break.
