Drax76✭✭✭No Weapon glyph can produce the effect which you desire.
There are several Weapon glyphs which give Magic Damage.
Glyph of Increase Magical Harm is a Jewelry glyph which increases Spell Damage. You need the Makderi Essence rune and an Additive Potency rune corresponding the the level/rank of the ring/necklace that you wish to enchant, you also require a Aspect rune corresponding to the color and added umph that you wish the glyph to be.
I use the following link when I'm crafting glyphs in order to reduce waste and increase accuracy.
