Infinite loading screen + disconecting error!!!

I got so tired of trying to log in the game, why must it be so garbage ive never had a worse experience with any game before i even tried it in the local internet cafe where they have super connection and pcs and it was still stuck for 15 mins in loading screen when i managed to log in and click enter world i got kicked back on the menu with message 'log back later unkown error' this is like the worst mmo that has ever existed
