An Unexpected Fall quest - public dungeon crashing

I am currently on the quest "An Unexpected Fall" received from Raynor Vanos. Every time I try to enter the dungeon "Zthenganaz" my client promptly crashes, even crashing the incident report submission screen. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?
