Where are the new orsinium sets dropped?

Curious which sets are available through what content.

I know the masters weps are available through the arena, and some.through crafting.

Are all the other available through the group dungeons only? Or can they drop anywhere in orsinium?

    The Arena as far as I can tell. I got about 5 pieces of various new gear from doing a full run of normal.

    Were the V16 versions dropping in Normal?

    VR15 in normal and I did it with a VR16.

    Have yet to make it past round 6 cause my lag spikes go off the charts and I die before I can do anything.

    I got a VR15 drop from the last boss on normal.
