how do i copy my character

need to copy my v16 char from live to pts because these v14 templates wont make it far in the new arena and also why are there no v16 templates??

You cant copy your chars by yoursel from live to pts,ZOS makes the copy of your chars when testing new dlc's if you're NA your chars should be already on pts if your EU the copy will be made in 2 weeks i guess.

You can't create a copy on your own. At some point (hopefully soon) ZoS will copy all characters from either EU or US to the pts. 1-2 weeks later the other server will probably be copied to the pts.

But you're right, we should get v16 templates.

ZOS alternates which characters are copied with each patch update on the PTS.

They usually start with NA server and then next will be the EU server.

FYI don't get use to having any of your characters on PTS, they do get wiped. But the next time its your server's turn they will copy from where live is at the time of the copy.

Edit: to answer questions directly You can't copy your characters, only ZOS can and I would guess VR14 because they want to test the leveling rate for different types of gameplay.

Are you on EU or NA?

ZOS automatically copied my characters with the patch. So, it seems strange yours weren't ... assuming you are NA. Also, if you recently hit VR16 after the character copy your progress won't automatically move over.
