Easy as Pie - Explore the culinary traditions of the Dremora. How do you get this achievement??

I am astounded by how I can't find any information on this dungeon achievement on the internet or in game.

What does this achievement description mean? What do I have to do to explore the culinary traditions of the Dremora? Which dungeon is it? What does it involve? How do I get this dye?

IIRC it's in City of Ash. There's a part that has a few 'Deadly Pies' laying around--have your character eat one. Then they'll act sick for a little while and there you go.

I've heard it's specifically in City of Ash 2.

The UESP isn't perfect, but it's usually a good starting point for ESO research.

I just did the dungeon and got it. It's in a room near a giant bone colossus boss. There's a sick-looking argonian right in front of the table with the pies on it. It gives you an orange dye called "deceit orange."
