I AM a strong supporter of the game. I'm just trying to explain the OP's apparently ambiguous post.
This is not the first time someone has complained about this issue, by the way. It's annoying that you can't tell if there is a real developer response to a thread (or not) without reading through the whole thing. Finding a moderator "scold" post is a big disappointment in those cases.
People asked ZOS if they could fix the issue, but the answer was pretty much "the forum code doesn't support it blah blah blah..." Kind of a weak response, if you ask me, because they could program the forum to work any way they wanted if it was important to them.
