It's happened twice to me today. First time was about 20 minutes ago exiting the Craglorn bank - I was able to immediately log back in. Second time I was in the middle of a fight in near the Lightless Oubliette in Coldharbour, and when I tried logging back in got an error 103 (4:5:265:0).
I'm using Comcast Cable from Claymont, DE, logging into the NA PC server. Where is everyone else logging in from and to? I wonder if this is a regional internet routing issue, or a problem with the server?

Rocky Mountains here, not a regional issue, unless that region is NA. Also not using Comcast so not a Comcast issue. (PS4)

Aaaaand just happened again. I had major server lag before it happened; my character was walking forward while blocking completely on his own. I wasn't blocking, and I didn't have auto-walk on. Also got chatlag, with someone saying I was listed as offline.
