That giant crab was the first thing this one ran into on day one. Khajiit had no clue then.They all pay for it now

It's really annoying sometimes if your just trekking somewhere (like crafting stations) and some skeever somehow manages to knock you off your horse.

It's interesting to find this thread.. I was wondering about (almost) the same thing a few days ago and again today.

What happened was that I idled at a wayshrine in Craglorn, which usually are known to be safe places, right? A few minutes later, I suddenly got attacked by a wasp swarm. No other player around, and I was not standing close enough for them to spot me, but still I got attacked.
Same thing today, I was in idle at another safe spot (also in Upper Craglorn), and a few minutes later - wasps. Again, I was not close enough for them to notice me, and no other player has drawn them towards me.
How the hell can this happen?

Agree that low-level enemies attacking your character, when a single swing of a blade will readily dispatch them ... seems a bit silly.

It would be like two thugs with knives attacking an M1A1 Main Battle tank.

It would be cool of they added language skills in ESO similar to Arena and Daggerfall where upon learning it you could communicate with a certain creature type, and thus potentially make it neutral (not aggressive) towards you, with maybe a few other benefits to learning it. Languages could be limited as well. It would be a nice addition I think.

They should make so that if you out-level a mob (as in, would gain no XP from it) it ignores you unless you attack it.
