I went into the DLC area for the first time earlier on my Pre-50 and didnt really make any sense of it. There was literally noone in any area I searched and all the mobs in the area were pretty much like hitting a brickwall with a tooth pick?
Is the popularity because its a pre 50 camp?

Also while leveling I was under the effect of a skill whereby my hands glowed blue and i attacked extremely fast- can anyone shed some light on what it is?
