Any Actual ESO Build Calculators Out There...

I'm just wondering if anybody knows of any good build calculators. I can find a lot of "skill calculators" (like this one: eso-skills.com/skill/) but they're not really calculators. They're more like planners, because all they do is let you choose which skills and weapons to use and where to allocate attribute points. They don't actually calculate anything. I'm looking for something that actually calculates the stats of my build, like how much stamina, magicka, HP, spell resist, critical chance, weapon damage, etc. Now I realize this is all totally dependent on gear, but surely there has to be some base stats that are the same for every single race/class combo.
PC / NA
Thenathra - Khajiit Stormblade (Sorcerer - Dual-wield Swords/Lightning Staff)

Several alts I've created, but haven't leveled much yet:
Norryne - Dunmer Paladin (Templar - Two-hand Hammer/One-hand Hammer & Shield)
Demerwei - Argonian Shadowscale (Nightblade - Dual-wield Axes/Dual-wield Daggers)
Gohrnag - Orc Elementalist (Dragon Knight - Frost Staff/Lightning Staff)
Kerasha - Redguard Mystic (Templar - Flame Staff/Restoration Staff)
Alawael - Bosmer Assassin (Nightblade - Bow/Two-hand Battleaxe)
Hjerlm the Quiet - Nord Dragonguard (Dragon Knight - One-hand Sword & Shield/Two-hand Greatsword)

Something on the lines of Simcraft like for wow? I don't think so but would like to know as well.

so hard to keep track cause they keep messin (they mite call it tweakin) with the system. its different from month to month. what was a great build last month is a crappy build now cause of various buffs and nerfhammers. so calculators that were good before are now out of date and can't be trusted as reliable guides. i also wish they'd leave the crafting system alone too. just commit to a system and go from there.

Thanks, but I've already looked at those. They're just "planners" too. Don't give any numbers, just which skills to use.

Yeah, but I don't think they mess with base stats on characters. I think it's more tweaking mechanics or stats on abilities.

I agree, I was also looking for a CALCULATOR that actually adds numbers... so selecting passives, CP, etc. would actually CALCULATE what your crit chance, damage, etc. would be with those options. As OP noted, the above are just planners to showing your BUILD, but doesn't actually calculate any passive or CP numbers to help you make decisions about where to put your points.
