Where do the best trade guilds set up shop? i search the stores in craglorn mainly. But if the top guild that sells best stuff at best prices is somewhere else, where?

On EU. PS4 I found that Wayrest, Rawl'kha and Belkarth have the best traders.

My main is in EP and Mournhold is the hotspot for our region. Good luck getting a trader as I am in 3 guilds with a mournhold trader and they are all up to 2,000,000 for a trader spot -ps4
