Refining bug when writs are scrolling.

Anyone else have this happen? You refine raw mats before writs have finished scrolling across screen and you receive no items from refine?
I only noticed it since recent patch. Will try this w/ decon and see if same thing happens.
It no biggie, just have to wait a minute till writs are done, but a bug none the less.
