Is it true that the trophy vaults for the dungeons are getting better traits?

✭✭✭✭✭Dungeons drops have a free for all trait chance, but trophy Vaults have a limited (better) selection of traits. This includes the OC Vaults, I'm not sure if it carries over to dungeons Vaults..
