Is there a way to sell this rare stolen loot in guild traders? Or do I have to personally find someone to buy my rare stolen loot?

    You take it to a fence at a thieve's guild hideout and either sell it to them or launder it if its an item that you'd like to sell to another player (guild trader or in person).
