Magplar vs stam users

im maining an imperial magicka templar (a healer in PvE) and i started getting into PvP because of imperial city, i can handle casters well (with total dark) but when it comes to fighting stam users im mostly dead for sure.......
my armor is fully upgraded, 27k health on my main bar and 29k on the secondary (using tri-food), nearly 15k physical resistance with channelled focus on....... i dont get how i die so fast.....
is there a skill that could really help me (besides stun, since they break that really fast and then their CC immunity is only a benifit for them)? or anyone has an advice on how i could deal with them?
