Why can't I hear dialogue?

Why can't I hear dialogue? My master volume is all the way up but can't here merchants ect. Does any one know how to fix this? I'm on Xbox.

Allyhoo811✭✭✭Can you hear other sounds, music, etc.?
If so, try looking under audio settings and make sure NPC voices aren't turned off/down (should be the setting called dialogue volume).Edited by Allyhoo811 on September 22, 2015 3:58PM0
