[PC] Major FPS drops and High ping - Recent as of today (past 4 hours or so)

Not sure if the servers are being buggy but I am not the only one. This is really weird, I have disabled most my addons, reduced settings etc. and still having drops of FPS and high ping, both are at the same time. I have not had these problems before, at all.
It's becoming more frequent too. Not my net at all, or computer causing this.
Are there others out there that this is happening to as of today?

Difficulty scaling is desperately needed. 9 years. 6 paid expansions. 25 DLCs. 41 game changing updates including A Realm Reborn-tier overhaul of the game including a permanent CP160 gear cap and ridiculous power creep thereafter. I'm sick and tired of hearing about Cadwell Silver&Gold as a "you think you do but you don't"-tier deflection to any criticism regarding the lack of overland difficulty in the game.
