☆☆*Anyone have a NA daggerfall covenant guild with a military-like rank structure?*☆☆
I am looking for a guild with good leadership and a good rank structure. I see a lot of guilds with ranks specifically for smiths, crafters, pvp, or pve. While this is okay, i feel like they shouldn't be the majority of ranks. In my opinion, ranks should be based off of skill, experience, leadership traits, dedication to the clan and time served in the clan.
I am a only level 41 in the game but plan to play for a very long time. I was in the military in real life and am a really good leader, i am just looking for the right clan who has a good balance of casual and hardcore. I don't mind helping someone start a new clan or join an existing one but if your clan is super casual or it has a very general, easy to get up rank structure please do not ask me to join.
