Tutorial Quest Bug?

I was wondering if anyone else had encountered this.

I was doing the tutorial in Coldharbour / The Wailing Prison and while running around I suddenly got a blue screen with my character in the middle doing a falling animation. Then I was back at the beginning of the tutorial outside the prison cell. The problem is because I have passed this part of the tutorial, the quest stages no longer seem to trigger ie. Lyris doesn't appear and the door to the Bleeding Forge won't open, so I am effectively trapped in this area. Strangely the Prophet appeared outside my cell and offered the Harbourage quest as if I had completed the tutorial.

I would have no problem in deleting the character and starting again but I have already spent some crowns to increase the characters inventory size (I know, more money than sense).

I've tried using /stuck and /camp but nothing seems to work. Has this happened to anyone else? Does anyone know any details about refunding crowns to a player if a character becomes unplayable due to a bug (assuming the developers can't simply warp my character to a new area)?

If they game thinks you are done the tutorial, maybe a CS can move your character to a different zone?

I know I've had issues of not being able to log in to a specific character, and CS promptly moved them to a safe place and I was able to log in again. Maybe that would do the trick?
