Fix your *** FPS ffs, I know north korean computers aren't that great but jeez we can't even see what's going on half the time Jules.

Your guild name sounds like a really shady brand of popular luxury car. Like a fake rolex.

I am so used to running everything on max settings at still getting minimum of 30 fps in large fights, but now I had to turn down a lot of settings to make up for the IC Patch issues.

I could play on 720p with minimum settings and I'd still have the same fps in battles as with max settings on 3440x1440.
My gpu is bored, cpu would probably die if I overclock it even more..
Imagine large fights with >40 fps *-*

Both my GPU and CPU are bored when playing with ultra settings on 2560x1600. I removed Vsync and my fps jumps to about 110 or so. My machine is decent and my processor is nothing special (3770K).
Something you guys are doing is impacting your performance. I'd /wrists if I had to play with that choppiness.
Are you guys recording onto the same drive you're playing the game on or something? I have a separate drive I record onto and more importantly I moved my shadowplay cache to that drive as well.

How is that supposed to help? I though it was the other way around.

Basically the cache is where you're constantly recording and then when you save the footage it writes the cache to the save location. If you're recording at say 1080Px60FPS then the write throughput is not insignificant the entire time you're just playing with shadowplay turned on.
Having this kind of activity happening on the same physical disk (or array) as your game will seriously degrade performance creating choppy framerates as your disk ends up getting bottlenecked.
I just made the switch from a R9 290X to a 980GTXti about 2 months ago and set up shadowplay for the first time. I immediately noticed that the game was running like crap until I realized how shadowplay worked and what the "cache" was. Switched it to one of my recording drives and ESO has ran without a hitch since.

Yeah but my main drive is SSD while all my secondary drives are external drives using usb3, so I don't think there there would be any improvement. Your solution works only according to a secondary "internal" hard drive using sata.

Playing on 3440x1440 max. Settings
CPU: 3770k @ 4.3Ghz
GPU: GTX 980 MSI Gaming 4gb
Even if you run a GTX 980ti, the cpu is at the limit anyway.
What´s your fps in an average fight in the new patch (let´s say ~20vs20)
And how is it in HUGE fights?
Also what options you´re exactly using, since I´m not even reaching 110 FPS anywhere in cyro.
Shadow Play records on my HDD already, same with the temporary files..

Problem is playing in Ultra. I have exactly the same computer specs as you Soulac but I have not been playing in Ultra since 1.5. It's much better to play at medium with ambiant occlusions off. I get a stable 60fps anywhere I go.
