Okay, if you at v10 upwards i believe you need to be looking at 2 piece torugs pact and healer jewelry or soulshine maybe, there are a few different mixes to try.

They didn't nerf shieldbreaker so far, even though it's sickly broken and overpowered. It's safe to say they're not going to do it in the future then, shieldbreaker might stay as it is. It already is used by the majority of Nightblades in the city.
Phoenix is annoying, but so far, I myself did not have problems dealing with oponents using this set. But in right hands.... probably OP. With that being said, if the true broken set (shieldbreaker) does not get fixed, I wouldn't worry about Phoenix getting nerfed anytime soon or at all.Auri-El is my lord,

✭The Atronach if you intend to level up your char.
Change your mundus once you hit max rank, and wish to join endgame content. The Aprentice and Thief and Shadow are good mundus stones for other purposes.
There is no need for you to have a nice spell damage or farm and grind for items at a low level, you will grow out of it soon anyway and it is best not to spend too much time on that. Rather you keep a sustainable build.Edited by failkiwib16_ESO on September 19, 2015 3:36PM0 -
